The Central Government of India, unnder Atal Mission rejuvenation and urban transformation (Amrut) scheme,select 500 cities /town across the India and sanction amount under phased manner. In its first phase Government of India will release Rs.175 cores,each city/town will get Rs.25 lackh to develop sanitation, infrastructure,drinking water supply,flood water control,pavements for pedestrians,beautification of city/town.There is probability of selecting 31 towns in Andhra Pradesh and 11 towns in Telangana State.
