smart city Concept

The Government of India focusing to develop 98 smart cities across the nation. India"s  strength is enormous  diversity its culture, and people.Hundred and thousands of people moving to urban areas.Building cities will may take decades or centuries but smart  cities are about clustering smart people,smart institutions,creating economic model that can evolve with time.what kind of life make happy.having smartness in every aspects.The smartness in the way they manage institutions ,big infrastructure may build up,grows in intelligent way,quiet compact,reuse of wastage management, utilization of scare resources, all the citizens will have good quality of life,meet peoples aspirations,wont have traffic jams, easy and secure road transportation.They tap a range of approaches – digital and information technologies, urban planning best practices, public-private partnerships, and policy change – to make a difference. They always put people first.

Columbia built separate bus lanes, cars and bicycles to reach destinations. It adopted quittiva model.Developed 112 km of bus lanes,created 144 bus stations,low cost mass transportation, maintains the speed, people board the bus extremely quickly  when bus arrives at the station, get 60 people into the bus and 60 people out of the bus within seconds.Made infrastructure for bicycles,laid 300 km protective bicycle ways to facilitate the people to use bicycle to reach their offices. This lanes also helpful for low income people and saves income, create equality.

 We have 68 Indian cities projected as over one million population which need to proper management of available resources, able to develop mass transpiration, and make people friendly cities.

During Maan Ki Baat program the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi raised important health issues, broadcast from the All India Radio. Hhighlighted contemporary and relevant health issues such as ending all preventable maternal and child deaths in the country and simple steps to prevent Dengue.

E-Auction of First Batch of Private FM Radio Phase III Channels Continues;



Provisional Winning Price of Single Channel in Guwahati Becomes More Than 10 Times Its Reserve Price as 100 Rounds of Bidding Completed at End of Day 25

At the close of the 25th day of bidding, 94 channels in 56 cities became provisional winning channels with cumulative provisional winning price of about Rs 1147 Crore against their aggregate reserve price of about Rs 459 Crore. Thereby the summation of provisional winning prices surpassed the cumulative reserve price of the corresponding 94 channels by Rs 688.3 Crore or 150%. Overall, cumulative provisional winning price exceeded the total reserve price of the first batch i.e. Rs 550.18 Crore by Rs 597 Crore or 108.5%.  
Today, provisional winning price of single channel put for auction in Guwahati reached 976% above its reserve price. Against reserve price of Rs 0.37 Crore, Guwahati’s provisional winning price stood at Rs 4.07 Crore at the end of the day.

The Auction for the first batch comprising 135 FM Channels in 69 existing cities of Phase II began on 27th July 2015.
                The Auction Activity Requirement (AAR) is 100%. It was increased from 90% after 59th Round on 14th August, 2015. The channel allocation stage will continue till the bids are received for any of the 135 channels.
Daily auction report for the day has been put on the Ministry’s website www.mib.nic.in. Bidding will re-commence on 31st August, 2015 (Monday) at 09.30 AM.
